Delivery time may differ, If the task man is stuck on a heavy traffic jam, Or due to bad weather conditions.

But if the delivery is way too important or urgent you can directly contact us on the customer care number, For emergency deliveries.

  • Afternoon deliveries
  • Evening deliveries
  • Next day deliveries

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies with location of the Seller and your delivery destination.

If the order value is above 1,000/- the order will be delivered for free.

Does SS E-Cart deliver to other cities?

Yes, Currently we do deliver products all over India.

What are the charges of pickup and drop services?

We charge a minimum amount for pickup known as base charge, by calculating the distance between your pickup location and our task man's or delivery boy's location, After the product is picked, Our charges are Rs. 9/- per km. If your product is huge or highly risky item such as cakes, You can request for 1 extra person to carry it safe, You will just have to pay Rs.30/- extra on the total amount.

Why is cash on delivery option not available in my location?

There is a certain limit for cash on delivery, Orders above Rs. 2000/- cannot apply for COD.

Can i request for next day delivery?

Yes, We do accept next day deliveries, After placing an order, You will have to select the next day delivery option while checking out.

I'm new to this place and I exactly don’t know the address.

Don't worry about it, SS E-Cart auto fetches your current location you don't need to type your full address.

In Stock and Out of Stock

Products that are out of stock are not available to buy in a store because they have all been sold, You will be notified by our customer care team if any part or item of your order is out of stock.

Products are most probably in stock. In stock products are directly dispatched and shipped. The delivery time will be based on seller's location and your delivery destination.
